22nd, 2001 - Elly working it at a family party!

1, 2001 (Almost 4 Months) - The Geisslers came up
from the Philadelphia area to visit Elly on April Fool's
Day. Jack (in picture on left) is only 2 months older
than Elly but is twice her size (literally - Jack weighs
over 20 pounds and Elly is a little under 10 pounds).
Elly shared her play mat with Jack, and they had a great
time together. PJ (almost 3 - seen on right) really liked
Elly's singing Piglet doll and enjoyed sitting next to
Elly. He even gave her a hug and a kiss soon after this
picture was taken! Below is a picture of PJ, Jack, and
their mom, Kerry. What a beautiful family! Lastly, Dad,
PJ, and Jonas can't take their eyes off of Elly. Thanks
to the Geisslers for Elly's outfit. |

21, 2001 - Dad and Elly on a Park trip! |

22, 2001 - What a day! We started out hanging out
at home (doing neat tricks like grabbing my feet!), went
to the park for the afternoon, and then ended up at Sean
and Erika's for dinner celebrating Tara's birthday. |

April
29, 2001 - Elly's Baptism. Fr. (Great Uncle "Smiley")
James and Fr. (Great Uncle) Charlie offered a wonderful
mass to celebrate Elly's Baptism. Elly is blessed to
have two Godfathers, Uncles Sean and Dan, and a loving
family, many of whom shared in the day in very personal
ways: Uncle Ryan and Grandma Adams read the readings;
Aunt Peggy (Mom's godmother!) played the piano; Grandpa
Adams sang at Communion; the great grandparents (Great
Grammy Carlson, GG Ma and Pop-cubed Dolan, and GG Adams)
offered personally inspired and written Prayers of the
Faithful; and Grandma Ragone and Aunt Millie Callan
brought up the gifts while we all sang the Prayer of
St. Francis in Grandpa Ragone's memory.
Elly
cried for almost the entire sacrament, calming down
briefly when Fr. James poured the water over her head
(we always knew she was a bit backwards!). Mom finally
had to nurse Elly on the altar (caught on film in the
picture on the right below)!! What a wonderful day with
family and close friends!
